It’s late afternoon during a crushing heat spell and water’s dripping from an AC line in the ceiling. Accurate called Marcial going home in traffic and he made it by. Frank and his wife have recently moved into their home and had some remodeling done. One of the undercabinet lights he had installed was faulty from the beginning and half of the strip has gone out. Frank would like to get options on upgrading and replacing his existing light to get his kitchen back to normal.
Replaced thermostat. Unit has been working properly since last visit.
Checked wiring, found no fuse in air handler. Found blown 3amp fuse on side. Unit requires 5 amp fuse. Replaced. Checked unit, found overcharged. Recovered 11.0 ounces of r-22. Re-checked pressures. Unit currently working properly.
